  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations

Hush Silks ships to customers worldwide. Shipping options and rates vary depending on your location. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Hush Silks offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
  • International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24โ€“48 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Hush Silks has no control over customs processes or additional charges and cannot predict what fees may apply.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

7. Shipping Delays

Hush Silks strives to meet all estimated delivery windows. However, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or holiday seasons.
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Customs clearance for international orders.
  • Delays caused by third-party courier services.

In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you promptly. Hush Silks is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations around your delivery address.
  • Hush Silks is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • If your package appears to be lost in transit (no movement on tracking for more than 7 business days), please contact us at support@hushsilks.com and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Hush Silks cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@hushsilks.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.

10. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the package and product before accepting or opening it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hushsilks.com with your order number and photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
