Thank you for shopping withย Hush Silks. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned withinย 14 daysย of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and store credits.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Downloadable or digital products once accessed.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team atย support@hushsilks.comย within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  • Securely pack the item(s) and include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product),ย Hush Silksย will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, asย Hush Silksย is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method withinย 5โ€“10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a discount was applied to your original order, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact us atย support@hushsilks.comย with your order details and preferred replacement.
  • Exchanges follow the same return eligibility criteria listed in Section 1.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously atย Hush Silks. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us withinย 48 hoursย of receiving your order atย support@hushsilks.com.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
  • We will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund โ€” your choice.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
  • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us atย support@hushsilks.com.
